"I bought the San Hima Jervis tent and the ladder broke on the first trip when bringing it down. Top rung snapped off the ladder. Difficult to get a hold of and couldn’t send replacement ladder sent to me. They offered me 100 dollars but a ladder is 200. They ghosted me after I brought that up."

A great tent for a great price!

"This is a great tent! I've had it for nearly a year now, and I couldn't be any happier. My girlfriend and I took it out about a dozen times last summer for both camping and picnics. The tent is really spacious inside and able to fit a lot of our gear without it being cramped. (We do also sleep really close to each other, so that might help. ) I drive a '23 Subaru Crosstrek Sport, and it's able to handle the tent just fine. The only thing that really changed was the MPG and turning around sharp turns, but even then, the difference is negligible. The tent is also super lightweight compared to other tents and very durable, too. Trust me. The light bar inside that comes with it is super nice at night, too, and the pockets can store a lot, which is super convenient. Customer service has also been super great and friendly. The thing I would have done differently would be the "Skylight. " I wish it were made of plastic or something similar to see the stars at night and not worry about the chance of rain coming in, since it is just a bug net; however, if it were a clear plastic material, it might turn into a magnifying glass, which would not be good. So I can't complain too much. But overall, this rooftop tent is super nice and definitely the way to go. If I had to start all over again, I would buy this tent without hesitation."

    What an incredible purchase!

"Truck: 2018 Chevy Colorado Z71 My toxic trait: I research everything to the point of exhaustion and before buying a RTT, I did just that! I finally pulled the trigger, and I am so glad I did. We all have our wants and needs, here are/were mine. - Space: My truck has a short bed, and I wanted to maximize space. The Jervis is 63" of sleeping space. - Hard Shell: I go to the beach often and the wind can be tough. I wanted to be able to close it up without fussing with a soft cover. - Weight: Although it will spend 3/4 of the year on my truck, I wanted to be able to get it on and off without calling everybody I know. I was able to get it up with just 1 friend! After purchasing the Jervis, I learned I wanted the additional features. -The thin LED light bar. It uses hardly any power from a small charger but lights up the tent. - Pockets. Seriously those 2 outside pockets that can hold sandals are great. The ladder does not tickle the feet and having the ability to toss shoes inside is great. I am sure I will find more uses, but they are worth their weight in gold! This my first RTT so I cannot speak for other setups, but I can easily have mine sleep ready in 45 seconds without rushing. To have the windows and rain fly up, it will take 1 person 3 minutes. This can be cut even quicker if I have my wife or son. The mattress is comfortable enough, but I had an unused 2" topper which I added, and I sleep very well! Wind: We stayed at the beach in 30+ gusts and never felt the tent was in trouble. Waterproof. This was my concern! I read reviews that it wasn't. I realized quickly they were wrong and never connected the rain fly (pull top straps and connecting underneath. I tested this with a hose in the yard and not a drop inside. My offers for improvement: Tent wise, I'm fine and I think SH has a great product. At most, maybe an external light bar similar to the eternal? Not sure how this can be done, but it would be cool. I would like to buy replacement products, specifically support poles for windows. I do not need them but having an extra pair or 2 in my garage would be nice. This tent has been amazing, and I would recommend it my best friend with full confidence,"
